Antonieta Paco started her education in the health and wellness field in Phoenix,AZ at Carrington College in 2009. Graduating top of her class just two weeks after giving birth to her first born. She was rewarded a certificate of excellence for Personal Training with a variety of knowledge in Holistic Nutrition and Herbalism. 
In 2010, Antonieta found the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. She then graduated and became a certified Mind Body Wellness Practitioner, 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Hypnotherapist, Past-Life Regressionist, and Life Coach. 
Antonieta has hosted many classes of yoga, meditation, and holistic workshops throughout the country. She partnered in the past and had a permanent position with the Gilbert Hospital, UMOM Women Shelter, Conscious Community Yoga, Detroit Open Streets, La Sed Non-Profit Agency, Electric Forest, and Serenity Gathering. 
In 2016, Antonieta, became the co-founder of the Red Tent Goddess Group in Detroit, MI which teaches the women mysteries. From 2018-2019, the Red Tent traveled to Santa Cruz and the Bay Area in CA. In the present moment, Antonieta is residing with her partner and children in Pennsylvania, USA.

Many relatives and ancestors of Antonieta have inspired her journey and gifts before her. Who today are also well respected revolutionists, hypnotherapists, masseuses, and curanderas.
Antonieta is also an activist, dancer, poet, and strong woman of Maya and Meshika roots who embodies the strength of a warrior and the essence of the Goddess with a responsibility to restore the ecology and the people through her teachings and her magic.
